Terms & Conditions

By booking a photography session with Youbi Flicks, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before completing your booking.

Booking & Payment

• •A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
• •The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
• •Payment can be made via Venmo. Details will be provided in your booking confirmation.
• •Your session is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be responsible for the full session fee. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.

Rescheduling Policy

• •One free reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days notice.
• •Additional rescheduling requests are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
• •Rescheduled sessions must occur within 60 days of the original booking date.
• •Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Weather Policy

For outdoor sessions, if inclement weather is forecasted, we will work together to reschedule at no additional cost. The decision to reschedule due to weather will be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Image Delivery & Usage

• •Edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session date via online gallery.
• •You receive a personal print release for all delivered images.
• •Youbi Flicks reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the photographer from completing the session, liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made. Youbi Flicks is not responsible for any additional damages or expenses.
